Here with GP Training, you'll find the appropriate setting to not only enhance overall skill, but also have a chance to connect/grow your exposure.  All athletes will receive hands-on training from NFL, other professional & college athletes. Shine in a competitive environment to showcase your skill. We will conduct and record agility, speed and power along with performance training. Workout Duration


  • Monday-Sunday
  • (Weekdays) 4:15pm-7:30pm 
  • (Weekends) 9:00am-7:00pm
  • Saturdays Group Sessions
  • "Group 1" 11:00am-2:00pm
  • "Group 2" 2:00pm-5:00pm
